Please make sure you’ve completed my enrollment form if you haven’t already—I can’t accept any pets without it on file. Vaccination records can be emailed to twentyninepalmscrittersitter@aol.com or shown at drop-off.

 

Once booked, I’ll send an invoice that must be paid by the due date to secure your spot. Unpaid invoices are canceled after 3 days. Payment is required upfront, and my invoices accept debit, credit, or PayPal. Funds are only forfeited if you cancel.

 

You don’t need to bring bowls, leashes, or kennels—just your dog’s food to help avoid any stomach issues. Thanks so much!

Holiday bookings fill up quickly and must be reserved well in advance due to limited space. For November (Thanksgiving) and December (Christmas) stays booked months ahead, invoices are sent out on October 1st and must be paid by October 15th. This allows me to confirm who is staying and notify others if I’m fully booked so they can make alternate arrangements.

 

Any holiday bookings requested after October 15th must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot.

 

As a reminder, payment is only lost if you cancel. All holiday payments are non-refundable, as I have most likely turned away other clients to hold your reservation.

I don't respond to texts, requests, social media or anything work related on Saturdays. I'm still home but it's a day to myself with no alarm clock, no human visitors or work related talk.

Please understand that while I do appreciate your business, I also have a life, so please don’t ask me to make over the top exceptions. My hours and prices are better than my Competition!

 

All drop offs and pick ups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY! If you forget the time you requested you can find it on the invoice. Please be on time. Please don't be early and don't be late. All time changes need to get approved before heading to my home. A have a very small window in the mornings for people to drop off and pick up. If you are dropping off that means someone is picking up. I have a constant rotation.

What time do you want to drop off? Must be between 6am-10:30am. I don't do evening drop offs for dogs because dogs don't settle down before bedtime and anything after 10:30am is too hot most of the year to being standing out front.*

What time do you plan on picking up? If before 10am theres no charge for that day.*
