If you've never filled out my enrollment form, please do so now. I will not watch your Critter without it filled out. Shot records can be emailed to twentyninepalmscrittersitter@aol.com or you can show them to me at drop off. I will send you an invoice that is due at time of booking or by due date in order to hold the spot for you. I cancel invoices 3 days after the due date. It's not money lost unless you cancel. My invoice allows you to pay by debit, credit or through paypal. No services will be provided without payment up front. I do not need bowls, leashes or kennels. I just ask that you bring food from home so your dog doesn't get a upset stomach, Thanks!

Holidays need to be reserved well in advance because space is limited. Requests booked months in advance for November/Thanksgiving & December/Christmas I always send invoices out October 1st to be paid by October 15th. That way I know who will be here and so I can let others know If I'm booked so they can find other arrangements. If you request pet sitting in November or December after October 15th it will be due at booking to hold the spot for you. 

Again It's not money lost, unless you cancel.

 Payments are non refundable because chances are highly likely I turned someone away to hold the spot for you.

I don't respond to texts, requests, social media or anything work related on Saturdays. I'm still home but it's a day to myself with no alarm clock, no human visitors or work related talk.

Please understand that while I do appreciate your business, I also have a life, so please don’t ask me to make over the top exceptions. My hours and prices are better than my Competition!


All drop offs and pick ups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY! If you forget the time you requested you can find it on the invoice. Please be on time. Please don't be early and don't be late. All time changes need to get approved before heading to my home. A have a very small window in the mornings for people to drop off and pick up. If you are dropping off that means someone is picking up. I have a constant rotation. 

Mr Gronk on Nov 24th, 2015 and he still to this day comes every week for daycare, 8/2021 :)

What day do you need me to start watching your Critter? (Closed on Saturdays. Any Saturday requests will be charged an additional $40 after hours fee. Dropping off Friday will save you money)*

What time do you want to drop off? Must be between 6am-10:30am. I don't do evening drop offs for dogs because dogs don't settle down before bedtime and anything after 10:30am is too hot most of the year to being standing out front.*

What day do you plan on returning? (Closed on Saturdays. Any request for a Saturday pick up will be charged an additional $40 after hours fee)*

What time do you plan on picking up? If before 10am theres no charge for that day.*
